A couple of scarlet macaws, Ara macao, female inside their nest; toucans, parrots and macaws don't build conventional nest as other birds using leaves, straw, little sticks, etc. but they nest in natural cavities they find in trees, where they lay the eggs. It is believed they use the same nest over and over. Across Collpa Colorado, rain forest of Reserva Nacional Tambopata, Amazon Basin Madre de Dios, rio Tambopata, Peru, South America.
